You're charged when you sign up, and then on the 1st of every month after that. Each charge sends out that month's envelope between the 5th and 10th of the following month.
Since we're launching in August, the very first envelopes go out September 5th through 10th. After that, you're charged on the 1st and your envelope ships the 5th through 10th of the following month, every month, without you having to think about it.One quick note. If you join mid month, your signup charge and your first charge on the 1st might land close together. That is not a mistake. Each one is a separate envelope on its way to you.

If you're in the US, expect your envelope in about 2 to 10 days. Everywhere else, give it 2 to 6 weeks. International mail moves at its own pace, and customs has its own opinions about timing. If it has been a while, don't panic. It almost always turns up.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Mail is sent untracked and with stamps, to reduce costs. International mail might take up to 2-6 weeks for your mail to arrive!

Since billing renews on the 1st, if you join near the end of the month, your next charge will come shortly after. You'll always get your letter for each month you're charged.
